Patrick Brown

Patrick started in barbershop at 18, joining the Scarborough Dukes of Harmony for their last trip to International in Atlanta. After a hiatus to get his Engineering degree, Patrick joined the Toronto Northern Lights and has been with them ever since. He also sang in a quartet called Fusion that entertained the Ontario District for 10 years.

Outside of barbershop, Patrick has been involved with in theatre since he was 15 and has had the opportunity to play such roles as Sweeney Todd, George Bailey in It's a Wonderful Life, and John Proctor in The Crucible. He uses this experience in barbershop as one of the in-house performance coaches for TNL, which has led to coaching and teaching opportunities in the US, Canada, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Barbershop isn't the only style of A Cappella that Patrick is obsessed with, as he sings with Sonus, a six part contemporary group.
